Hello, I have worked in the behavioral health field for the past 15 years and have been a licensed counselor since 07/2018. I use evidenced based therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness to achieve the goals set forth by my clients. My goal as a therapist is to provide hope for a better tomorrow, facilitate change to improve quality of life, and to foster healthy relationships.

Our first session will include building rapport, answering questions from the client, reviewing informed consents, and gathering history to understand the client's goals. We will develop a comprehensive treatment plan highlighting the goals we will work towards in each session.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist the client in identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. We will set goals, learn coping skills, and actively challenge distorted thinking through techniques like cognitive restructuring and behavioral changes.
