First session
In sessions with me, you will better be able to identify your symptoms and how they affect your everyday life. You will feel heard and you will be encouraged to try new interventions. We will always collaborate on treatment together, as I am a firm believer that therapy should be a positive experience.

Ideal clients
Adults who are 40 years or older, respectful, motivated to utilize learned coping strategies, insightful, open minded and willing to engage appropriately but can also enjoy some light humor in sessions; individuals who are ready to make real change in their life and have a clear goal for therapy are my ideal client. Most recently I worked with the elderly population and have highly enjoyed this group.
