Getting to understand you and getting to know one another will help improve our relationships. This will help recognize where you are hoping to improve your qualities in daily functioning. Building an alliance with me can create a safe place to practice and process your thoughts and feelings. Being able to process your past experience will allow you to identify and process ongoing needs within your daily lifestyle. Utilizing CBT during therapy helps individuals identify their strengths and weaknesses in their thought process. Making small changes in thought process will allow long term changes take affect after continued practice it the thought structure. Allowing the individual to become aware of changes needed for better communication styles.
