I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in California, providing tele-health services to adults statewide. I work with individuals who are ready to take an honest look at their lives and make intentional, meaningful changes. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, managing stress, managing relationships and boundaries. My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and growth-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. I tailor each session to your needs. While we may explore past experiences to build insight, our primary focus is on how you apply that insight to create real, lasting change in your present life.
In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in and what you want to get out of therapy. I’ll also share more about how I work so you can determine if it feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll begin building a clear direction for our work together. I work best with clients who are motivated to grow, open to reflection, and willing to take ownership of their choices. Change doesn’t happen all at once. It happens through consistent effort, honesty, and a willingness to try new approaches. My role is to provide a grounded, nonjudgmental space while helping you stay accountable to the life you’re working toward. If you’re ready to move beyond feeling stuck and begin making intentional changes, I’d be glad to support you in that process.
My approach stands out in its focus on both support and accountability. I create a space where you feel understood, while also helping you move beyond insight into action. Our work focuses on practical strategies, consistent effort, and real-life application so you can create lasting, meaningful change.
I work best with individuals who are motivated to better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—whether that shows up as anxiety, stress, identity questions, or difficulty managing emotions. I’m especially well-suited for people who are open to self-reflection and willing to engage in the therapeutic process, even if they’re not sure exactly where to start. My approach tends to resonate with clients who want a collaborative, grounded space to explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools. Whether the goal is improving emotional regulation, working through past experiences, or gaining clarity about life direction, I support clients in building a stronger sense of self and agency.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Using CBT, I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behavior. I use this evidence-based method to teach clients practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges.
Eclectic
Using an eclectic approach, I tailor my interventions by drawing from multiple modalities, allowing me to flexibly adapt to each client's personality, cultural background, and therapeutic goals. This ensures our work together remains collaborative, personalized, and effective.
Reality Therapy
Reality Therapy guides my work in helping clients take responsibility for their choices while identifying their unmet needs. I focus on present behavior and support clients in developing more effective ways to meet their goals and improve their relationships.
