I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in California, offering telehealth services to clients statewide. I work with adults who are ready to take an honest look at their lives and make intentional changes. My areas of focus include anxiety, life transitions, depression, and boundary-setting. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities based on each client’s needs. While we may reflect on past experiences to gain insight, the focus is on using those insights to make better choices and set higher standards for your future.

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and begin creating a space of safety and trust. Meaningful healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported. I’ll gently ask questions to understand what’s bringing you here, share a bit about how I work, and help you begin to clarify what you hope to get out of our time together. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to set thoughtful, achievable goals, always moving forward at a pace that feels right for you. If you’re feeling ready to explore your growth with intention, reflect with honesty, and take steps toward lasting change, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.

My role is to help you strengthen that capacity by offering a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your truth, clarify what matters most to you, and move forward with intention. I bring a calm, empathetic presence and believe in honest, respectful communication that supports you while also challenging you in ways that are both compassionate and constructive.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using CBT, I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behavior. I use this evidence-based method to teach clients practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges.

Eclectic

Using an eclectic approach, I tailor my interventions by drawing from multiple modalities, allowing me to flexibly adapt to each client's personality, cultural background, and therapeutic goals. This ensures our work together remains collaborative, personalized, and effective.

Reality Therapy

Reality Therapy guides my work in helping clients take responsibility for their choices while identifying their unmet needs. I focus on present behavior and support clients in developing more effective ways to meet their goals and improve their relationships.
