(she/her)
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in California, offering telehealth services to clients statewide. I work with adults who are ready to take an honest look at their lives and make intentional changes. My areas of focus include anxiety, life transitions, depression, and boundary-setting. I take a realistic and eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities based on each client’s needs. While we may reflect on past experiences to gain insight, the focus is on using those insights to make better choices and set higher standards for your future.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and begin building the trust that’s essential for effective therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand what’s bringing you in, explain how I work, and help you clarify what you want to get out of therapy. From there, we’ll set clear, actionable goals and start moving forward—step by step, and at your pace. If you’re ready to take ownership of your growth, reflect with intention, and put in the work to create lasting change, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
I take an eclectic, results-oriented approach—pulling from a range of modalities to meet each client where they are. What makes my method unique is that while I offer support and reflection, I also challenge clients to take full responsibility for their choices and actions moving forward. We don’t stay stuck in the past; instead, we use it as a reference point to raise your standards, build emotional resilience, and make intentional changes that actually impact your life. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen and respected and that our work helps them not only process their emotions but do something with that insight. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better, but to help you become stronger, clearer, and more capable of managing life on your own terms.
I work best with clients who are ready to take accountability for their choices and are motivated to do the hard work required for growth. Therapy isn’t about staying stuck in the past it’s about building your capacity to handle life’s stressors, regulate your emotions, and take full responsibility for the life you want to create. My role is to support you in building that capacity while providing a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your reality, clarify your goals, and move toward meaningful change. I bring a calm, empathetic presence and believe in direct, respectful communication that challenges you in ways that are constructive and compassionate.
