For over 20 years, I’ve helped adults overcome anxiety and codependency by fostering self-love, empowering them to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My goal is to help clients move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and emotional balance.
Your first session is a welcoming and supportive space where you can share your story at your own pace. I’ll guide our conversation with warmth and presence, helping you feel grounded and understood. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your challenges, and your goals. I may introduce simple mindfulness techniques to help you tune into your emotions with self-compassion and curiosity. There’s no pressure to have all the answers—this session is about creating a foundation for growth and direction for how you would like proceed in your life. By the end of our first session, we’ll discuss next steps and how I can support you in cultivating balance and a greater sense of self love and direction for yourself.

I believe in honoring the deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit as we focus on setting strong boundaries, building self-confidence, and finding relief from the daily stress that keeps you up at night. My goal is to support you in achieving balance, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose.
