I've spent many years working with all age groups in a multitude of settings. Some of my past work includes anxiety, depression, grief, couples work, anger management, family stress, trauma, and life transitions. I love the work that I do and would love the opportunity to collaborate with you!
During our first session, I would love to hear about what brings you to therapy. We'll chat about the therapeutic process and explore your goals of therapy. This conversation will help us to create a treatment plan together that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. All of this will occur in a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Therefore, I encourage you to express yourself freely.
