Grief Therapy

In my approach to grief therapy, I helped guide clients through the healing process of grief over the past several years. I help clients accept the reality of their loss, process the pain of grief, and adjust to life without their loved one. I help clients navigate the complex emotions associated with grief, including sadness, anger, guilt, and sometimes even relief. Through compassionate support and evidence-based methods Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I assist clients in managing their emotions, redefining their roles, and finding new meaning in their lives. Lastly, I encourage clients to maintain an enduring connection with the deceased while moving forward with hope and purpose. This holistic approach allows for a personalized and empathetic grief recovery journey.
