I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California. In my practice, I hold a safe and accepting space for you to process and explore your unique story shaped by joy and of course pain and fear. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your unique thought processes and how these thoughts impact your feelings and behavior and use evidenced based tools to develop solutions to help you reach your goal.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will serve as an opportunity to get to know each other in a supportive and non judgmental environment. I will collect information about things such as what brings you to therapy. At the conclusion of the session we will discuss if we are mutually a good fit to continue to work together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe being a therapist is more than my job. It is my calling. I truly enjoy being a part of the process to help someone move toward living a more balanced and happy life. My clients describe me as caring, compassionate, warm, authentic, curious and direct.

I work with adults 21 and over who would like to reduce symptoms of anxiety and/or depression.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I am California based LPCC who works with adult individuals who are experiencing anxiety and depression that is preventing them from living a life of peace and balance. I use a variety of cognitive (mind based) and mindfulness based approaches . We work together in a compassionate environment to help people to do things like challenging, identifying, and accepting thoughts that make it hard for them to love themselves, feel worthy, and find peace.
