I help clients gain new perspectives on their difficulties, and tap into their inner resources and strengths to best manage life’s challenges. Clients can expect to learn tools to manage stress and inner conflict, so that they are able to feel at peace and find joy in their lives.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavior therapy, to improve clients' mood, reduce their distress and promote their overall wellbeing.

I work with adults who are dealing with recent and ongoing stressful situations, such as life transitions, grief, trauma, and communication difficulties. l also work with clients who are grieving the loss of their companion animals. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorders.
