What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will get to know where you are at and where you want to go and grow. We will get clarity about what you want and what are the obstacles preventing you from achieiving your most important goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have found and studied the most powerful ideas in human transformation throughout my life. I love sharing, teaching and helping others to grow, transform and end thier suffering.

My treatment methods

Transpersonal

By seeing your identity as consciousness allow one to become a watchful awareness of the events happening around you and the meanings that you are creating about them. This allows you to become the creator of you life rather than a victim of circumstances. This is the highest level of access to rapid therapeutic transformation.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Becoming aware of the meaning we are giving to events, our thoughts, our self-talk allows one to change and let go those beliefs which are not effective and are disempowering. We can change our thinking to change our feelings which changes our actions and delivers us positive results.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Learn and practice the skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Middle Path to create a "Life Worth Living!"
