Hi, I’m Michelle, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Mindset Coach with over thirty years of experience. I help people understand what’s really driving their reactions so they can feel more grounded, confident, and clear in their day-to-day lives. A lot of the people I work with are trying to make sense of their emotions, their relationships, or their own responses to stress. Together, we slow things down and look at what’s happening underneath it all... so you can respond more intentionally instead of feeling pulled in directions you don’t want to go. My style is practical, conversational, and focused on real-life change. This is about helping you feel more like yourself again.
Our first session is simply a starting point. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what’s been confusing or frustrating, and what you’re hoping will feel different. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive. Most people don’t. I’ll ask some thoughtful questions to understand your situation, but there’s no pressure to go into everything all at once. Think of it as a conversation where we begin to connect the dots. I’ll help guide things so it feels steady and manageable, not overwhelming. You’re also welcome to ask questions along the way… this is a collaborative process. By the end of the session, my goal is that you feel understood, a bit more grounded, and clearer about what working together could look like.
