Are you tired of going to a therapist who just "listens"? Most of my clients find success given my authentic approach, extensive educational background, evidence-based approaches and an environment for growth. I'm not your average therapist! You can sit with me. My approach is active, authentic, and collaborative, with a focus on helping you gain practical tools, new perspectives, and greater confidence in navigating anxiety, relationships, ADHD, life transitions, and high-performance stress. I tailor therapy to each client using evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, with the goal of helping you better understand yourself, break unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change. I work with adults 18+ and strive to provide a supportive, comfortable space where you can feel understood while also being challenged to grow. ADHD-CSSP, LMFT, LPCC.
The first session is really just about us getting to know each other and making sure it feels like a good fit. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You’ll also get a feel for my style and if it’s something that works for you. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and to leave with a clear sense that this is a space where we’ll work together on what matters most to you.
What sets my approach apart is the balance of insight and action. I help clients recognize and break unhelpful patterns, while also teaching practical skills they can use right away. Together, we work on building stronger communication, managing anxiety and depression with tangible tools, and increasing both self-awareness and social awareness. I aim to create not just relief from symptoms, but also hope, motivation, and lasting change. ADHD-CCSP certified.
I work with young adults and adults who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship struggles. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, and they’re looking for support, clarity, and tools they can actually use in daily life. I enjoy working with this age group because it’s such a meaningful time to build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create changes that last.
