In our first session together, here's what you can expect
A warm, collaborative conversation focused on understanding you and your goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I blend evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy with warmth, collaboration, and change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with clients seeking healing from trauma, anxiety, and life transitions.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary treatment approach to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In my work, I collaborate with clients to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful behavior changes aligned with their goals. I value CBT’s structured, evidence-based framework and adapt it in a trauma-informed, client-centered way to support lasting growth.
Brainspotting
I use Brainspotting as a trauma-informed, brain-body–based approach to help clients process deeply held emotional and physiological experiences. By identifying specific eye positions linked to distress, Brainspotting supports the brain’s natural ability to heal and integrate trauma at a pace that feels safe and client-led. I often incorporate Brainspotting alongside talk therapy to support deeper emotional processing and nervous system regulation.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I use a person-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and move toward growth at their own pace. This approach honors each client’s strengths and capacity for change.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their strengths, clarify goals, and build practical solutions based on what’s already working. This approach emphasizes collaboration, hope, and forward movement, allowing clients to make meaningful changes in a focused and efficient way.
