New to Grow
Hi - I'm John, and I'm glad you're here. Maybe you know the heaviness of a loss. The inner critic that won't let up. Or that anxious tightness in your chest that greets you in the morning. Here’s what I believe: You’ve already got all the inner equipment you need to move towards healing. Towards your most authentic, hot mess of an eclectic Self. My goal is to accompany you on a journey - inside. I work with adults and couples seeking healthier ways to relate to themselves and others. I work with people who have been hit by life. Who are looking for a place to feel supported and witnessed when they’re in the thick of it.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I am passionate about guiding clients on a healing journey. Imagine how it would feel to be more at peace in your own body. To let humor and play and creativity be allies on your path. To pivot flexibly. “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.” I look forward to connecting with you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe that we are each capable of embodying our most vibrant, authentic life. Good therapy can be part of the road to get there. My personal journey inspires my passion for offering a supportive space of healing for fellow travelers. A space for dreamers, folks who feel deeply, and really anyone or any couple who is motivated to take even one uncharted step in the direction of more balance, more self-love, and less tripping ourselves up in doubt and inner criticism.
