Hi! I'm Kristina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California (USC) and have been practicing for 8 years. I help individuals navigate the challenges of anxiety, sleep, wellness and balance through life transitions. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia, pediatric sleep consultation, and maternal mental health.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together we will spend time getting to know you a little better. The beginning of treatment is all about getting on the same page and feeling like I know you so that I can really help you. We will talk about why you are seeking therapy and what you want to get out of your time with me.

One of the biggest strengths I have as a provider is that clients walk away from treatment with me feeling confident that they can navigate big challenges on their own. They walk away with a whole new set of tools and skills and they do not feel like their time was wasted just talking to a friend. Treatment with me feels like treatment with real results at the end.
