Hi there, my name is Trish, For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people through life’s challenges and changes. I believe that everyone has a story, and sometimes we need a safe place to be heard, understood, and accepted. I offer a warm, caring space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life, what you need, and what you hope to change.
Your first session is simply a chance to get to know each other. You can share your story at your own pace. There’s no need to have all the answers. Together, we’ll talk about what brought you here, what you need, and what you hope for. My goal is for you to feel safe, heard, and accepted. Whether you’re facing a life change, anxiety, or simply looking for a better understanding of yourself, we’ll take it one step at a time. You don’t have to do this alone.
Through my years as a therapist, as well as my own life experiences, I’ve come to understand that each person’s journey is unique. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, families, adults, and teens, and I approach each person with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I believe therapy is a shared journey. We work together at your pace to better understand what you’re going through, discover what you need, and find ways to move forward. I don’t believe I have all the answers—I’m here to listen, learn from you, and support you along the way.
I often work with people who are ready for change and want to better understand themselves. Whether you’re new to therapy or have been here before, you don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll slow things down, take one step at a time, and focus on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll find greater understanding, confidence, and peace as you move forward.

Therapy begins with meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re going through and find what you need to feel more grounded and at peace. We’ll gently work through stress, difficult thoughts, and the experiences that may still be affecting you today. My hope is to help you feel heard, understand yourself more deeply, and find your voice. You don’t have to do it alone. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.

Warm and thorough. Trish is a wonderful fit for my needs, providing me with the comfort and perspective needed to work through my problems. I love her style of therapy as it allows for growth at a comfortable and productive rate. I trust that I will improve with her as my therapist, that I will truly get somewhere. She is a true professional; I will be seeing again shortly.

I was drawn to the fact that Trish has been in practice for a long time; and so knowing that we were also near one another in age, I hoped that we would jibe in terms of our knowledge, experience, perspective, and point of view… So far so good! Additionally, she has a warm and friendly demeanor and is very easy to talk to. Things quickly felt comfortable and “safe” during our first conversation, and I was soon ready to open up and really start breaking things down. Thanks again, Trish!
