I am not taking Couples, but I am taking individuals that are or are not in a relationship and need help. We were never taught how to be in a relationship of any kind. Yes there are tons of books of how to, however to put them to practical use can be very difficult. This can also relate to a relationship with a family member, friends or co-workers. Sometimes our own mental health can influence all of our relationships, and you may need coping techniques for anxiety and or depression type symptoms. I will work with you individually to help you gain insight to your own behavior that may be influencing your relationship. I am here to help beit coping strategies for anxiety and depression symptoms or learning how to communicate more effectively with others.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session I will ask what is your goal to achieve in Therapy, but also obtain a background from you of how you grew up, and what is important to you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My specialties are Individual Therapy and working with you to meet your goal. I am very Solution Focused and will use this along with Mindfulness.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

In this section it is asking me to write "who is my ideal Client" well that is difficult to say. Every Client deserves to correct toxic behavior, to reach their goal, to have skills to manage their stress...

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I find that most Clients are stuck in their symptoms such as Anxiety and find it difficult to look at Solutions. I not only will educate you on coping skills but breaking through whatever barrier it is. So, what is your goal? Tell me what you would like to see happen, and we can work together to achieve that. Your goal may change and that’s okay, I’m here to support you.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

This is the first line of defense that I use in my practice to assist Clients to gain awareness of their symptoms or negative behaviors.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT allows you to be in control. In control of reducing your symptoms, negative thinking and negative behaviors.

Dr.Gail is such a great therapists , she is always someone I need to talk to in order to reconcile with my fiancé. She is like a magician she always turns around our arguments and creates great plans for conflict resolution. I feel great after each session and really value her opinion and judgment in my life. She's amazing at what she does!

If you’re looking for someone authentic, direct, and genuinely invested in your growth, I highly recommend Gail. As someone who has been a life coach for about nine years, I don’t seek therapy just to be heard, I look for someone who can help me find real solutions and who isn’t afraid to say, “Hey, you might be wrong here.” Gail does exactly that. Her honesty and authenticity make the process both meaningful and transformative. Thank you so much 😍Gail

I chose Gail based on other reviews. I wanted a therapist who was direct, authentic, and solution oriented. I need educated insights in order to overcome obstacles that I haven't been able to overcome on my own. I appreciate her honesty and acceptance. While she is direct, she is clear that I'm in charge of my life and decisions. She reminds me of my goals. I believe I will find growth in our sessions.
