For all of my clients, I tailor my approach to honor your unique experiences and strengths. I draw from a range of evidence-based practices and use a strength-based approach to support your growth and healing. My method is both structured and supportive, helping you build practical skills, process difficult experiences, and deepen your self-awareness. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more balanced, resilient, and confident as you move forward.
During our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other. I will ask you what led you to seek therapy at this time. . I will ask you questions to get a brief history and understanding of your life. We will discuss your goals for therapy and talk about how we can work together to help you move forward in your life.
