(he/him)
I am a licensed psychotherapist in California providing a grounded, practical, and deeply collaborative approach to healing. My practice is built on common sense, honest dialogue, reflective listening, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. To support your journey toward deeper self-understanding, I often incorporate: • Present-moment awareness & breathwork to ground the nervous system. • Journaling & dream exploration to uncover subconscious patterns. • Narrative reflection to explore the gratitude, regret, and choices that shape your story. Together, we will discover new options and move forward with courage and compassion. My goal is for you to leave therapy with practical tools, greater self-awareness, and a foundation of personal responsibility that fosters your long-term independence. ( NOTE: I have a no show, late show and late cancel policy (see "Practice Details") which includes all clients including those who have insurers who do not cover Grow Therapy for those instances. In the case of a LATE show client will be responsible for pro-rated amount not covered by their insurer. 36hr advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule.)
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but the process is collaborative from day one. After initial introductions, we will begin mapping out the goals and objectives for our work together. This ensures our sessions remain focused on the practical tools and long-term independence you are looking for.
