About me

I offer a grounded, practical, and collaborative space to help you heal, grow, and move forward with clarity. If you're feeling stuck in old patterns or seeking a deeper sense of direction, we will work together to make sense of your story and build a path toward lasting independence. Therapy with me is rooted in honest dialog, active listening, and evidence-based tools. I integrate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), breathwork, reflective journaling, dream exploration, and narrative techniques. Rather than just talking about problems, we’ll focus on actionable solutions and personal responsibility. Together, we will uncover underlying patterns, explore new choices, and equip you with practical tools to cultivate deeper self-awareness, courage, and self-compassion. ( NOTE: I have a no show, late show and late cancel policy (see "Practice Details") which includes all clients including those who have insurers who do not cover Grow Therapy for those instances. In the case of a LATE show client will be responsible for pro-rated amount not covered by their insurer. 36hr advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule.)

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Integrating Mindfulness-Based practices with Logotherapy, this approach cultivates inner peace and awakens inherent strengths. By fostering personal agency and discovering deeper meaning, it guides clients to reclaim their authentic selves.

Psychoeducation

Reflecting on why we developed past coping mechanisms helps us evaluate their current usefulness. By recognizing what no longer serves us, we can intentionally choose better strategies for the future we want.

Great first lesson; Bernard really listened in with empathy and we covered pretty much all my concerns, issues, and their history. Looking forward to the next sessions.
