I am an LPCC credentials in the State of California. I received MA Counseling training from LMU. I have been practicing for the past 4 years and come from a community mental health background. I hope to help client feel heard, validated, and empowered to manage life's stresses. I believe in a strong therapeutic alliance and will utilize humor to provide reframing of clinical situations.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first sessions, I will explain complete brief introductions, explain policies, and complete an assessment of the speciifc issues that you are facing. I will also collaborate with you to develop a plan of how to move forward during our time together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I embrace a non-judgmental and non-directive approach to help client increase self esteem and empower them to build skills/insight to resolve issues with autonomy. I also have conversational Mandarin Language skills that can cupport culturally sensitive therapy with those who speak Mandarin.
