I specialize in working with adults struggling in a vast variety of issues. I approaches therapy from a unique multicultural perspective. My goal is to work with you to find solutions to your struggles in the shortest time frame possible, so that you will experience relief from your symptoms. I am passionate in helping you find the best solutions to identified problems and work towards feeling and living better.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will discuss confidentiality and its limits, HIPAA, and talk about the issues that you identify and want to work on. We will set goals and address any questions you may have. After that, we will set the frequency and when sessions will be held, and set blocks and take care of any times that you or I may not be avaliable for sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation that may arise. Given my experience as both a traditional and crisis clinician, and multicultural upbringing, I am able to address a wide range of issues. I also understand that life is dynamic. One thing may be true today and false the next. We can adjust anything and everything on the fly.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I have 3+ years using SFBT to address issues plaguing clients in short term, crisis, and other various therapeutic situations to help clients find more immediate solutions to their identified problems.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have 3+ years using CBT to address identified issues and approach these issues from different perspectives to resolve them.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I have approached treatment with the client as the focus of the treatment, and the pace and difficult as well as issues addressed are all in the clients control. This is very effective since the client will be able to focus on and address exactly what they desire to change.
