Caitlin Weber is a board-licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMFT) specializing in stress, Christian faith integration, PCOS (hormonal imbalances), and women’s wellness concerns. She focuses primarily on holistic health and offers support as a health coach. She works with emerging adult women who want to discover their authentic selves and unlock their true potential for optimal well-being. Caitlin welcomes faith integration and uses a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques. Superbills are available for reimbursement. Telehealth appointments are via audio/phone format.
In our first session, we’ll begin with brief introductions, review confidentiality limits and practice policies, and explore the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help create a tailored treatment plan for us to work on in future sessions.
Caitlin believes that therapy is a wellness journey and is passionate about holistic health. She acknowledges that change doesn’t happen “magically” overnight; it often involves adversity, resilience, and grit. These are essential for building tolerance and allowing true transformation to occur. Caitlin’s approach to therapy with female emerging adults is warm, creative, humorous, and authentic. Her philosophy encourages leaving perfection behind to explore who you are truly meant to be. She believes clients should “come as they are,” fostering genuine connection and a safe space during sessions. Caitlin welcomes the full human experience of emotions, celebrating small wins and growth throughout the therapeutic process.
Caitlin’s path to becoming a Mental Health Practitioner was inspired by her passion for wellness and overcoming personal health challenges. She now hopes to help others by inspiring growth, hope, and transformation on their wellness journeys. Caitlin warmly welcomes the opportunity to work with female clients exploring relationships, life transitions, stressors, and specific women’s wellness concerns.
Experience with Christian Faith Integration and Mental Wellbeing. Best suited for those who are active Christian clients wanting to add in or further explore their faith values in their Mental Health journey.
CBT-based techniques help decrease anxiety and stress by providing a more organized and structured format to sessions. Together, we’ll explore ANTs—automatic negative thoughts—and work to shift patterns toward a more positive perspective. This process supports the development of healthier coping skills and enhances overall quality of life.
Similar to Christian counseling, this approach allows your Christian faith to be present and openly discussed in sessions as it relates to your current symptoms and clinical concerns.
I believe that the client is the expert of their own life. I come along side and meet clients where they are at and collaboratively explore treatment goals. That can also mean assessing and adding additional referrals for higher level of care if needed. As a Practitioner, I offer support and compassion throughout ones journey in therapy.
