Hi there, I’m glad you’re here! My name is Caitlin, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with high-functioning young women and emerging adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, ADD/ADHD, and emotional health concerns related to hormonal imbalances, including PCOS. My approach is laid-back and grounded in holistic health, integrating traditional therapy with Wellness Coaching to help clients cultivate balance and build resilience. I work best with women who are ready to actively engage in the therapeutic process and take empowered steps toward growth. I support women who may appear—or aspire to be—capable and “put-together” on the outside, yet are ready to let go of perfectionism and the pressure of keeping up appearances, show up more authentically, and experience deeper clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change. If you’re seeking to reconnect with your authentic self, exhale, and support your overall well-being, this may be the right space for you. For clients who desire faith integration as part of their therapeutic journey, I’m happy to incorporate that as well. In our sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, Sports Psychology, and Solution-Focused approaches—to support meaningful and sustainable growth.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll begin with a brief introduction, review the limits of confidentiality and practice policies, and go over the intake measures you completed to help me better understand the challenges you’re facing. This information allows us to create a tailored treatment plan—a roadmap for our work together. The first four sessions are dedicated to building a foundation: clarifying your goals, establishing the therapeutic relationship, and ensuring we are a good fit. During this period, we’ll also assess whether my services are the best match for your needs. If at any point it becomes clear that a higher level of care, medication management, or a different provider would better support you, I will gladly provide referrals. Referrals can be coordinated through the Grow Therapy matching team for a smooth and supported transition of care.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe therapy is a wellness journey—an intentional act of self-care rooted in holistic health and authentic growth. Meaningful change doesn’t happen overnight; it often requires resilience, grit, and a willingness to move through challenges as they arise. My therapeutic style is creative, nonjudgmental, authentic, humorous, and direct. I strive to model what I encourage in my clients: letting go of perfection and exploring who you are truly meant to be. You’ll often find me in athleisure (a nod to my sports background) and inspired by nature for its grounding and restorative qualities. I enjoy integrating Ecotherapy into the therapeutic process, as walk-and-talk sessions can offer powerful benefits, including bilateral stimulation that supports emotional and cognitive processing. I frequently take Telehealth calls outside while walking and invite clients who are physically able to do the same. I invite clients to come exactly as they are, creating a space where the full spectrum of emotions is welcome. I celebrate small wins and honor the growth that unfolds throughout the therapeutic journey. Clients who commit to consistency often experience the most meaningful progress. At times, therapy may feel harder before it feels better—this is a natural part of healing. As emotions surface and insight deepens, meaningful change begins to take shape. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you. I collaborate, support, and integrate wellness coaching to empower autonomy and build resilience. At the core of my work is a belief in progress, not perfection. My philosophy centers on cultivating an authentic, supportive space where clients can be fully themselves, experience emotions without judgment, and step into meaningful change with confidence and compassion.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My path to becoming a Mental Health Practitioner was inspired by my passion for wellness, athletics, and overcoming personal health challenges. These experiences shaped my commitment to supporting others in their own journeys. Today, I aim to help clients cultivate growth, hope, optimism, autonomy, and meaningful transformation as they navigate their unique wellness paths.
Christian Counseling
Best suited for clients wanting to process their personal faith values with their Mental Health journey.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT-based techniques help decrease anxiety and stress by providing a more organized format to sessions. Together, we’ll explore the ANTs—automatic negative thoughts you experience—and work to shift patterns toward a more positive perspective. Utilizing journaling, worksheets and practical tools. This process supports the development of healthier coping skills and enhances overall quality of life.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I believe that the client is the expert of their own life. I come along side and meet clients where they are at and collaboratively explore goals. At any point assessing and adding additional referrals for their higher level of care if needed. As a Practitioner, I offer support and compassion throughout ones journey in therapy.
Positive Psychology
Building strengths, resilience, and well-being. I help clients cultivate more gratitude, explore mindfulness, and develop meaning. Emphasizing what’s working by supporting clients in creating healthier connections, and boosting emotional resilience. Not just focusing on the negative; what’s stressful or painful— but helping you build on your strengths, values, and the parts of life that bring you JOY. Positive Psychology is about fostering resilience, confidence, and deeper meaning in your daily life and positive outlook. Together, we’ll focus on what’s working, while also creating practical steps to move through challenges with more hope and balance.
Mind-body approach
I utilize a mind–body approach to therapy that recognizes the deep connection between emotional, cognitive, and physiological well-being. This integrative modality supports healing by addressing both mental processes and the body’s role in regulating stress, processing emotions, and fostering resilience. As part of this approach, I incorporate virtual Ecotherapy through walk-and-talk sessions, allowing movement and connection with nature to enhance emotional regulation and insight. Walking while talking during session can naturally promote bilateral stimulation, which supports brain integration and emotional processing. Mindfulness practices and nature-based grounding techniques are woven in to increase present-moment awareness, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of balance and restoration. By integrating movement, mindfulness, and the healing qualities of the natural environment, this mind–body framework offers a holistic and evidence-informed pathway for clients seeking sustainable growth, self-awareness, and overall well-being.

Caitlin was amazing! She was able to hear me process my thoughts as well as provide feedback. Oftentimes, all we want to someone to not only hear us but see us and Caitlin did that for me. I’m looking forward to our future sessions and really dig deep into getting a better understanding of my thoughts, feelings and navigating through them that’s beneficial for not only me but all those placed in my path.
