In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and start identifying patterns that may be holding you back. I’ll ask about your goals, strengths, and any areas where you feel stuck. Together, we’ll co-create a safe and collaborative plan that centers your needs and supports your mental health.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I blend clinical expertise with deep intuition and lived experience to create a warm, empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in authenticity. I help clients regulate their nervous systems, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their inner power. Clients often share that they leave sessions with clarity, courage, and practical tools to shift long-standing patterns.

I work best with individuals who are feeling stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals, adult children of immigrants, or survivors of emotional abuse or religious trauma. They’re ready to challenge old narratives, reclaim their worth, and move from survival mode to self-trust and abundance. I support clients in healing core wounds, improving self-esteem, and building boundaries aligned with their values.

I help clients identify their emotions, track their thoughts to identify what is driving the negative behavioral responses. We find replacement behaviors that are in alignment with their desires.

Motivational Interviewing

I ask open ended questions that require self reflection to uncover blocks that are keeping you from achieving your desires.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I believe in your internal resilience and search for past strengths that can assist you in overcoming your current obstacles.
