I am a relational therapist. I come from a client centered perspective. I work very diligently to understand your place in life by gaining knowledge and understanding about you. I utilize information you share about yourself to inform the work we do together. I look at the relationship as a working relationship that is supportive, and Client informed and driven.
The first session is an intake session at which time I will gather information about logistics, family and you. We will review consent, payment, cancellation, and confidentiality agreements. We will then create a treatment plan and schedule the following session. Once we have done the above, we will address any questions that are lingering.
My greatest strength is my desire to build a working relationship that is therapeutic and supportive. I have a lot of experience with various issues, and I have the heart to support as those around me grow.
The individuals I have worked the most with throughout my career are people with trauma, people with disabilities, people with grief, people with anxiety, teenagers, and people who struggle with life decisions and changes. In addition to the aforementioned, I enjoy working with individuals with disabilities as my history in the field began with working with individuals with various disabilities.

I believe the past informs the present. I utilize psychodynamic therapy to connect the issues from then to now and learn skills and tools to navigate through the future.
