Hi! I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist based in California. I received my masters from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and have been practicing for 11 years. I am a U.S. Army veteran serving 10 years. I help clients from all stages of life work through lifes challenges. I have first hand military experience to help get through those difficult experiences.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we will start with brief introductions and the steer the session towards their reasons for seeking services. This will help me formulate a therapeutic treatment plan for our next session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having served in the military for 10 years i have the first hand experience to help process the challenges of military life. I have served many life stages and demographics. I am able to identify issues and help solve them with measurable goals

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This is a treatment method used for depression, anxiety and mood related disorders. It can be beneficial for increasing mood and functioning and various areas of life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

At times personalities can be a challenging disorder to manage and that's where dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) can be helpful. With DBT you can learn interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance.
