If you’re someone who struggles with anxiety, self-doubt, or constantly putting others’ needs before your own, you’re not alone. I understand how exhausting it can be to overthink conversations, question your worth, or feel stuck in patterns that leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself without the pressure to have everything figured out.
My approach is warm and supportive, using empathy, compassion, and sometimes humor. I believe that therapy works best when there is a genuine connection, so I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. While I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, I also recognize that every person’s experience is unique and tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals.
Outside of the therapy room, I love animals, art, nature, and getting lost in a good TV show or book. These interests remind me of the importance of balance, curiosity and finding moments of joy in everyday life.
