I have an eclectic background working in residential treatment facilities, psychiatric hospital settings and private practices. I believe everyone has their own special path to wellness and many struggle to find that path. I will assist you to, manage your negative emotions, increase your self esteem, challenge and re frame your unhelpful thoughts and find your own way to a better life. Therapy can be a great way to connect with someone who has your best interest in mind, who is there just for you. I will talk openly open mental health issues because so many people are managing them in one way or another. You are far from alone with your issues so understand that there is a way to work on them in a comfortable setting.

I try not to complicate things too much. I have learned the theories and best practices in the field of mental health counseling. However, theory does not improve lives. I have learned how to create a safe comfortable environment for you to talk as well as work on the goals of objectives of your choice. I am trained to help almost anyone with many mental health issues. I have worked with those diagnosed with major psychiatric disabilities, men with anger issues, anyone who struggles with anxiety and negative rumination. Life comes at you pretty fast and your mind does its best to process incoming stimuli. I can assist you to slow things down, be more mindful of your moods, thoughts and ways develop skills to make better decisions.
