New to Grow
I’m a therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. I provide a calm, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. I specialize in supporting adults and couples managing medical conditions, health-related stress, or major life adjustments. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and find new ways to navigate life’s challenges.
The first session is really about getting to know you and you to get to know me. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to work on, and I’ll explain how therapy works and answer any questions. It’s a chance to see if we’re a good fit and to begin building trust together.
My greatest strength is creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard and supported. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative — together, we identify goals and use practical tools that foster real change.
My ideal client is someone who is motivated to heal, learn, and grow — even if they’re not sure where to start. They may be feeling stuck, stressed, or uncertain, but they’re willing to explore new perspectives with compassion and curiosity. Together, we work to create clarity, balance, and greater emotional health.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to stress, anxiety, and depression. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating medical challenges, adjustment difficulties, and relationship stress.
I use mindfulness-based approaches to support clients adjusting to medical diagnoses, or health anxiety. Mindfulness helps reduce stress and physical tension while improving emotional coping.
