In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is mainly an opportunity for us to get to know each other. There is no pressure to share everything at once. You can go at your own pace and talk about whatever feels most important to you. The my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
With CBT I work collaboratively with clients to identify negative thought patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and build skills that can be used in everyday life. Sessions often include goal setting, skill-building exercises, and tools that help clients challenge unhelpful beliefs and replace them with more balanced thinking.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
Help client learn to live with intentions through mindfulness, emotional acceptance, and values-based decision making. Clients learn how to step back from unhelpful thought patterns, reduce emotional struggle, and take positive steps toward the life they want to live.
Supportive
Sessions are focused on strengthening a client’s existing coping skills, building self-confidence, and providing emotional reassurance during times of stress, loss, relationship challenges, or major life transitions.
