New to Grow
I’m a therapist who believes therapy is a space where you can slow down, become more connected to yourself, and explore your life with honesty and compassion. I create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate change, relationships, and the parts of themselves they may be interested in reconnecting with.
I bring warmth, curiosity, intuition, and a willingness to be fully present with my clients. I’m attentive to both what is being said and what may be happening beneath the surface. I also bring a balance of compassion and gentle challenge—creating a space where clients can feel deeply supported while also being encouraged to grow, take risks, and move toward the life and relationships they truly want.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. They may be navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, self-worth, or patterns that no longer serve them. I work especially well with thoughtful, self-aware people who are curious about their inner world and want to develop greater clarity, confidence, connection, and agency in their lives.
I incorporate a somatic, mind-body approach by helping clients notice how emotions, stress, and past experiences are held and expressed in the body. Together, we develop awareness of physical sensations, nervous-system responses, and embodied patterns. This creates opportunities to slow down, regulate, reconnect with the body, and access greater choice, safety, and self-trust.
