Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

n the first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where they feel heard without judgment. We explore what brought them to therapy, clarify their goals, and identify the patterns or stressors affecting their daily life. Clients leave with a clearer understanding of their concerns, practical initial tools to begin stabilizing anxiety or overwhelm, and a sense of relief knowing they have a supportive partner to help them navigate what comes next.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have learned that life will have challenges, grow from what you can and let go of what you cannot. Focus on your mind/body connection and not on the outside world's expectations.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

MY ideal client is someone who wants a supportive, nonjudgmental space to understand themselves better and make meaningful life changes. They may be navigating anxiety, imbalance, relationship stress, or major life transitions. They’re open to learning practical tools—like grounding skills, journaling, habit‑building, and lifestyle adjustments—and appreciate direct, compassionate guidance. They value a therapist who listens deeply, offers clear insight, and helps them build confidence, motivation, and healthier daily routines.
