New to Grow
Hi, I’m Dominique Steiner, a therapist passionate about helping individuals create meaningful change in their lives. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we focus on building insight, developing coping skills, and working toward the life you want to create.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. I will also answer any questions you may have about the therapy process and work with you to develop a plan that feels supportive and tailored to your needs. Most importantly, the first session is a safe, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace and begin your journey toward healing and growth.
I bring warmth, empathy, and genuine curiosity to each session. I believe that every client has strengths and resilience, and I work collaboratively to help them recognize and build upon those strengths. I create a nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while exploring challenges, developing coping skills, and working toward their goals. My goal is for clients to feel supported, empowered, and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to invest in themselves and explore new ways of navigating life’s challenges. Whether they are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, I provide a compassionate space where they can feel supported and understood. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I identify as
Humanistic
My primary treatment approach is humanistic, which focuses on creating a genuine, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel valued, respected, and understood. I believe each person has the capacity for growth and change when provided with a safe environment that encourages self-exploration and self-awareness. In therapy, I work to understand each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals while supporting them in developing greater self-compassion, insight, and confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.
