I specialize in trauma and sex therapy, blending somatic and parts-based approaches with certified Ketamine Assisted Therapy. I use movement therapy, narrative therapy and parts work. I often work with clients who have seen a lot of therapists and other providers in the past, and have experienced a long history of body disconnection. Whether you’re navigating a complex trauma history, identity questions, grief, or disconnection from your body, I offer integrative care that meets you where you are. I’m neurodivergent-affirming and we go at your pace.
We always go at your pace. I will offer gentle inquiry into how I might be helpful and what you are experiencing. You will not be pressured to disclose or speak about anything specific. Another way your comfort shows can offer you a comforting gateway into our work together.
I create gentle, warm, safe space for my clients. I meet them authentically human to human, and we work eye to eye instead of me above them. I operate from extreme compassion and empathy at all times, and work tirelessly to help my clients find the healing, resources and peace they deserve.
