New to Grow
Hi, I'm Patty, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience helping adults and young adults navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. I provide a warm, supportive, and practical approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help you gain insight, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes that improve your overall well-being.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and what has been challenging. Together, we'll begin identifying areas of focus and create a plan that feels right for you.
My greatest strength is helping people feel comfortable enough to be the themselves while also keeping therapy focused on moving forward. I want clients to leave each session feeling heard, understood, and with something meaningful they can take into their daily lives. I believe therapy works best when there's a balance of compassion, honesty, and practical strategies for creating lasting change.
I enjoy working with adults and young adults who are ready to take an honest look at what isn't working in their lives. They are interested in learning more about themselves, trying new ways of approaching old problems, and creating healthier patterns that last. They understand that change takes time and are willing to be active participants in the therapeutic process.
I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person is different, so I tailor my approach to fit your needs, goals, and personality. Together, we'll identify what works best for you and build on it as you grow.
