About me

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Bronx, NY. I have dedicated my career to reducing the stigma related to mental health and emotional wellness, particularly within communities of color, by offering support, coping techniques, and safe talk spaces for clients. I am extremely passionate about the progression of generations, self-care, family relationships, communication styles and strong self-efficacy.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to discuss basic information about your life today and past experiences. We will formulate a treatment plan and outline an initial 90-day goal plan to help guide our therapy sessions and give us an outline for healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am extremely relatable and culturally competent as I grew up in a very diverse neighborhood in NYC. I speak to client in their own language and in a way that feels comfortable. I strive to create a space in sessions where clients can be their authentic selves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with people of color, both female and male who are looking to progress in their careers, intimate relationships with friends, partners and families, and those seeking a better understanding of how their past experiences influence their behaviors today.

She relates to me in a sense of understanding what I’m saying and feeling. She is teaching me skills I haven’t tried or even heard of that’s helping me in my daily work day.
