I’m Dr. Andy Davis, a licensed psychologist with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. Thirteen of those years were spent serving in the U.S. Air Force, where I had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, grief, personality disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, and concerns related to sex and pornography addiction. As a sex-positive therapist, I provide a safe and affirming environment for clients to explore sensitive areas of their lives without fear of judgment. My therapeutic style is both solutions-focused and rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe therapy should be proactive and goal-driven, helping clients not only gain insight but also develop strategies for change. Clients often describe me as direct and honest, while also compassionate and collaborative—I strive to give practical feedback and advice that can be applied both in and outside of sessions. I especially enjoy working with veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and young adults. These groups often face unique challenges, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside them as they navigate life’s complexities. In addition to my clinical work, I have an extensive background in clinical research. While serving in the Air Force, I conducted sleep studies and developed modern treatment approaches for PTSD and traumatic brain injuries. This research continues to inform my practice, and I place strong emphasis on developing healthy routines, quality sleep schedules, and consistent self-care as foundations for mental health. I often work with clients to build structure into daily life, recognizing these habits play a powerful role in resilience and long-term well-being. Above all, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to face challenges, discover new perspectives, and build lasting resilience.

Life is weird, and having help can help. As a therapist, I tend to be both challenging and supportive. I am focused on real and genuine relationships with folks that help people choose how to define their goals in terms of what is important to them. I care a lot about the people who work with me, and I think that comes across in my relationships. As I am sure you can see via the Grow reviews, I am honest and direct, qualities I find many people appreciate in a therapeutic relationship but I also understand those are not for everyone. Therapy can also be hard work, but that doesn't mean it has to be a hard time. I've been in the field long enough to know how normal having problems is. The people I work with appreciate that therapy can be a place to laugh, cry, and sometimes both at the same time. In terms of modalities, a lot of the work I do centers on the therapeutic relationship, with elements of narrative work, CBT, person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and general talk therapy. I don't use Grow's AI transcription, and I didn't use AI to write this, if that is important to you to know.

I am Dr. Audrey Levy. I live on a boat, and my private practice hours are available 24/7 by appointment only. I also make house calls. I am experienced in helping my clients deal with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress Reduction, Loss and Grief Recovery, Substance Abuse, Anger Management and Crisis Counseling. I provide a calm, empathetic, and nurturing environment where you will feel heard, and most importantly, understood. Together we will work on ways to help you understand your feelings and compulsions. My grieving clients experience closure through writing letters to their loved ones who have died. This letter writing is effective for all forms of loss. Reading the letters aloud is very healing as it encourages acceptance, and permits moving on to build a life filled with love and laughter. As a Doctor of Psychology and psychotherapist for 45+ years, I've dealt with my own grief and loss by writing the nonfiction book, "Doggie Wisdom for Humans: Advice from Dogs for Humans of All Ages," and an autobiographical fiction series, "The Adventures of the Angel Oleo." I hope you have an opportunity to read my books and that I get to help you.

Hola Aloha I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) CA, Art Therapist, Eco-Therapist, Certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher, and Holy Fire Reiki Master. I support people in creating meaningful change by cultivating mindful awareness of thought and speech patterns that influence growth, joy, and satisfaction. Together, we’ll practice identifying and shifting beliefs that no longer serve you, reframe unhelpful narratives, and open space for empowerment, clarity, and transformation. Rooted in my Native American Mexica, Spanish, and European heritage, I bring a holistic, culturally grounded approach to therapy. My Souljorn has taken me across Europe, Asia, Mexico, and the Hawaiian Islands, where I immersed myself in culture, permaculture, meditation, healing arts, spirituality, and indigenous ceremonies—experiences that continue to guide my work. I hold a B.A. in Ethnic Studies from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in Psychology and Art Therapy, where I studied neuroplasticity and creative approaches to healing and positive change. I also share Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, which helps honor and release limiting thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness is the core theme in my practice. I offer guidance to connect with nature, the elements, and the cycles of the seasons as pathways to grounding, connection, renewal, and deeper self-awareness. Earlier in my career I worked in community clinics, schools, homes, and wilderness therapy programs. Today, I provide online therapy for California residents, offering a compassionate and intentional space for growth and healing. If you are ready to release old patterns, reconnect with your authentic self, and embrace new possibilities, I am here to guide and support you with care, wisdom, and purpose. The time for transformation is now. We are the ones we have been waiting for. Eternal blessings

As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my deep empathy, active listening, and a commitment to mindful curiosity. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where your unique story can be truly heard and valued. Rather than simply diagnosing a problem, I listen for the 'hidden' stories of your strengths and values that often get overshadowed. My approach to active listening is about more than just understanding; it’s about standing alongside you to deconstruct the challenges you face and uncover the skills you already possess. Together, we will collaborate to rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and the reclamation of your personal agency.

In my work with individuals and groups, I am compassionate, collaborative, culturally sensitive and creative. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. As humans, we create patterns and behaviors that may no longer be helpful for us when navigating relationships in our life. This can feel stressful, helpless, and anxiety provoking. Having space to acknowledge and talk about what is happening in your life can help relieve the intensity of those feelings and can help create new patterns and behaviors.

Welcome to my practice! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and licensed in WA with more than 20 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, anger issues, and self-harm ideation and behaviors. I want to get to know you and what might be happening with you that you are seeking counseling for. Many times people come to therapy when they are in some type of distress. Sometimes this is conscious and sometimes not. If you are struggling or distressed for some reason or grieving a loss in life, ( or not sure but something has changed) I would like to see how we can work in therapy. The way we work will depend on the issues you bring to therapy. I have experience with different approaches to therapy including but not limited to HUMANISTIC THERAPY (includes the importance of personal responsibility, and a positive, non-judgmental approach), STRUCTURAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (includes the importance of family structure and healthy boundaries), GOTTMAN (includes helping couples communicate better, resolve conflicts constructively, and create a shared sense of meaning), CBT (generally includes a short-term approach that helps you identify and change negative or unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior to improve your mood and overall well-being). I run Unscripted Therapy, a practice focused on helping people break out of stuck patters. I work with individuals who are tired of having the same conversations and somehow ending up right back where they started. Whether it’s anxiety, stress, or relationship patterns that keep repeating, something isn’t working—and at this point, that’s pretty clear. My approach is direct, collaborative, and focused on actually changing what’s not working. I’m not going to just sit there nodding while you vent and then ask how that made you feel for the tenth time. We’ll figure out what’s keeping you stuck and start doing something different about it. Therapy with me is honest, practical, and yes—sometimes a little blunt. But it’s also real. If you’re looking for something that actually helps you move forward (not just talk about why you’re stuck), we’ll probably be a good fit. Please note: Insurance is accepted for individual therapy only. Couples and family therapy are private pay and are not billed through insurance.

Greetings, Life can be confusing, relationships can be stressful, and the present can make you feel anxious or depressed. Sometimes a painful past can surface into the moment, especially when situations are difficult or when you are experiencing major change. During these periods your mood and thoughts can be affected in negative ways. When you are feeling alone, disconnected, or confused, talking things through can make all the difference. I work with anyone struggling to find joy, peace, and fulfillment. I offer a safe, inviting space for you to share thoughts and feelings, to vent, to feel heard, and to reorient to meaning. Please allow me to assist you finding relief and clarity. I will meet you where you are at and welcome you. I address healing on multiple levels of the body-mind connection with a focus on the notion that caring about something or someone along with experiencing meaning can counterbalance the effects of hurt, a disturbing past, or a present stressful situation or transition. I have more than 20 years of experience helping clients navigate major change and transition, gain closure, and create new beginnings. I apply interventions from a mind-body-being perspective and assess current life stressors to distinguish between situational mood and thought disturbances from those enduring and a consequence of previous hurt or trauma.

I am trained in EMDR and also incorporate CBT, DBT, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed care based on each client's needs. I value helping people better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

Hello and welcome! I’m glad you are here. A little bit about myself, I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, and it has been a meaningful journey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, with a focus on Mental Health. I gained an understanding of the importance of accessible and compassionate care. As I gained experience, I developed an interest in family systems and decided to further my education by pursing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and children, providing both individual therapy and group facilitation. In 2020, I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Through this journey, I have had experiences that allowed me to better understand the broader systems that impact people’s lives and to focus on finding collaborative, strength-based solutions that support real, lasting change.

Hi! Welcome to my practice! I offer therapy as a calm, supportive space where you can slow down and feel genuinely heard. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve helped individuals move through anxiety, depression, hurt, and major life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical—focused on helping you feel grounded and capable of meaningful change. I use evidence‑based approaches like DBT, CBT, and Problem‑Solving Therapy to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and support personal growth. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and practice tools that help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Therapy with me is welcoming and human. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a polished story—just a willingness to show up as you are. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling supported, understood, and more connected to your own strength.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re not totally sure what to say or where to begin. My job is to make that part easier. I’m a licensed therapist who works with people dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, burnout, low motivation, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Some clients come in with something specific going on, while others just know something feels off and want to figure it out. Both are completely welcome here. In our work together, we focus on what’s actually happening in your day-to-day life and how to create real, noticeable changes—not just talk in circles. I aim to keep sessions practical, collaborative, and grounded so you leave with clarity and a better sense of direction. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can be honest without feeling judged or analyzed. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan before starting—we’ll figure that out together. If you’re looking for therapy that feels straightforward, supportive, and focused on helping you move forward, I’d be glad to work with you.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, or life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I strive to offer a warm, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, beginning with a comprehensive assessment to better understand your experiences, strengths, and needs. Together, we work to identify meaningful goals and develop a plan that supports lasting and positive change. I bring extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood dysregulation. I began providing therapeutic services in 2009 in a school-based setting, supporting students through mental health interventions as part of their IEP services. Since 2018, I have worked in private practice with adolescents and adults, using evidence-based approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills and greater emotional balance. I hold a Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, and completed my supervised clinical training through the Los Angeles Unified School District. My work focuses on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and applying evidence-based strategies to support improved functioning and overall well-being. Please note: I do not provide psychological assessments, disability evaluations, or documentation for emotional support animals. I also do not participate in court-related cases, including custody or other legal matters.

I’m Dr. Gabe Veas, a psychotherapist who helps high-achieving adults, and creatives move past shame, fear, and pressure to keep it all together. Many appear successful on paper yet feel disconnected, anxious, or unfulfilled inside. My work focuses on rebuilding intimacy, confidence, and freedom that lasts. My learning didn’t end with degrees; it continues through mentorship, embodiment, and years of helping people reclaim the parts of themselves that feel hidden or shut down. I founded Palm Springs Psychotherapy to offer a private, deeply personalized space for clients who want more than symptom relief. My approach blends cognitive, relational, and somatic methods to help you reconnect with what feels real and alive, both in your mind and in your body. If you’re ready to feel more connected and fully alive, let’s begin. This work is for people who are ready for real change, deeper relationships, sexual confidence, and a clearer sense of self.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a warm, transparent, and down to earth approach to therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are without feeling judged or like you have to say the “right” thing. I’m genuine and interactive in sessions, and I use humor when appropriate because therapy can address difficult things while still feeling human and relatable. I work with individuals and couples who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, boundaries, self-esteem, attachment, or patterns that seem to keep repeating. One of my strengths as a therapist is helping clients recognize those patterns and understand not only what they are doing, but why they may be doing it. Together, we look at where those patterns came from, how they may have helped you at one point, and whether they are still serving you today. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and direct. I’m not the type of therapist who will simply sit back and nod for an hour. I’ll listen, ask questions, offer another perspective, challenge you when it may be helpful, and celebrate the progress you make along the way. I incorporate approaches such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, attachment-based work, and IFS concepts depending on your individual needs. Whether you’re trying to build healthier relationships, strengthen boundaries, better understand yourself, navigate a difficult transition, or finally break a pattern you’re tired of repeating, my goal is to help you develop greater insight and make changes that actually feel meaningful and sustainable in your everyday life.

When booking you’ll be asked to verify with your Member ID. However, if you don’t have any of the insurances available you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
