By the end of the session, we'll have a clearer sense of your needs and a plan for how we can move forward together.

I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, learn healthier ways of thinking, and practice coping skills that support positive change.
I use Motivational Interviewing by guiding clients to explore their own reasons for change, strengthening their motivation, and supporting their autonomy.
