LMFT, 8 years of experience
New to Grow
Hello and welcome! I’m glad you are here. A little bit about myself, I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, and it has been a meaningful journey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, with a focus on Mental Health. I gained an understanding of the importance of accessible and compassionate care. As I gained experience, I developed an interest in family systems and decided to further my education by pursing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and children, providing both individual therapy and group facilitation. In 2020, I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Through this journey, I have had experiences that allowed me to better understand the broader systems that impact people’s lives and to focus on finding collaborative, strength-based solutions that support real, lasting change.
You will be provided with a space to speak freely, be heard without judgement, and begin the process of healing. If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk alongside you to begin building a path toward peace, connection, and hope for what is ahead. You are not alone, and you do not have to go through this alone as you navigate these thoughts and feelings. Life can sometimes bring overwhelming challenges that leave us feeling lost, disconnected, or uncertain. I am here to walk alongside you.
As a therapist, I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can process what you are going through at your own pace. Having the ability to see you as an individual and the expert of your own life. Most importantly, you will be met with empathy, respect, and understanding every step of the way.
I work with individuals that might be struggling with grief, major life transitions, symptoms of anxiety or symptoms of depression. At times it might be hard to put into words what you are currently experiencing in life. Maybe you are grieving the loss of a loved one, adjusting to a life change, or feeling stuck in a place that no longer feels the same as before. Together, we will explore the emotions you are feeling and gently work toward healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of direction. We will work to uncover your strengths and give you tools to better understand and manage your emotions. Through this process you will gain practical tools to manage symptoms of anxiety, address symptoms of depression, navigate loss, and move through transitions with more confidence and self-compassion in order to manage your emotions and improve your daily life.
Ability to pull from different therapeutic approaches to customize a treatment that is flexible, unique, and individualized for you.
The implementation of practices that allow you to be focused and present in the moment to improve emotional regulation.
Supportive in identifying your strengths and resources in order to build solutions towards change.
