I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, focus on what matters to you, and find practical steps toward your goals. My goal is to create a space for you to share openly without feeling rushed or judged.

Together, we’ll build on your strengths, focus on what matters to you, and find practical steps toward your goals.

I’ll offer thoughtful reflections and feedback when helpful, while staying attuned to what you need in the moment.

First session

Many people think therapy means spending all our time dissecting what’s wrong. I take a different approach: we’ll also ask, “What’s going well right now?” I take a solution-focused approach because it helps us build on your natural strengths, recognize what’s already working, and find practical ways to move toward the life you want.

Strengths

I’m naturally soft-spoken and gentle in my approach. You can expect me to listen closely and meet you with patience, warmth, and compassion.

Ideal clients

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next? I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, low mood, and the many challenges that come with change. It’s okay if you’re feeling lost right now. Together, we’ll identify what matters to you, build on your strengths, and develop practical steps to help you feel more confident and move forward.

Treatment methods

Solution-Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Therapy is an approach that focuses less on what’s wrong and more on what’s working and what you want to change. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, explore what you’d like your life to look like, and find small, realistic steps to move toward your goals. You don’t have to have all the answers—we’ll figure out what works for you, one step at a time.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and actions affect one another. Sometimes, the way we think about a situation can make difficult feelings even stronger or keep us stuck in patterns that aren’t helpful. In CBT, we work together to notice these patterns, explore new ways of thinking, and practice different ways of responding. The goal is to help you feel better, handle challenges more effectively, and build skills you can use in everyday life.
