LMFT, 20 years of experience
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual Telehealth services. As a therapist, I aim to meet you where you are in your healing journey, recognizing that everyone enters therapy at their own pace and level of readiness. My goal is to support you as you move toward a healthier and more empowered version of yourself in your life.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve, while also building rapport and getting to know each other. I’ll gather information about your personal history and the challenges you’re facing so that we can tailor our work to your needs. Together, we’ll set initial goals and discuss how we can collaborate to reach them.
I take a flexible, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy to help you achieve your goals. My focus is on providing support and guidance that feels right for you, allowing us to make meaningful progress at a pace that feels comfortable.
I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and free of judgment. I’m approachable and easy to talk to, with a strong emphasis on building trust and rapport. As an active listener, I bring warmth, empathy, and a genuine commitment to understanding your unique experience. Goal setting is a collaborative process in our work together. You will define what success looks like, and together we’ll create realistic, attainable goals that feel meaningful to you. I’ll be here to guide and support you as you work toward them.
