My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, solution-focused brief, and strength-based approach to help clients that are seeking the key to unlocking their best selves.

Christian Counseling

I integrate the love of Christ with therapeutic techniques such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and systemic approaches. This combination of faith and science allows us to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences while staying grounded in your spiritual beliefs.

Psychoeducation

Teaching clients (and sometimes their families or support systems) about their mental health conditions, emotional challenges, coping strategies, and the therapeutic process itself. It’s an essential component of many therapy models and can be delivered individually, in groups, or in family sessions.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Using goal-oriented therapeutic approach that helps clients focus on solutions rather than problems.
