Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 7 years of experience. I have earned two master’s degrees from California Baptist University and am currently pursuing my Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology.
I truly love the work I do and feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to be yourself.
I’m also a therapist who is honest and direct—I will gently challenge you at times, because I believe growth happens when you are supported and encouraged to step outside of what feels comfortable. Together, we’ll build a strong connection and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

I started helping those who are seeking to up-level their experiences and shine as their true and authentic selves in 2019. My journey first started in residential treatment facilities where I held space for those in early recovery from substance use disorders. This population ranged from men's only, women's only and LGBTQ+ Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing.
I am a deeply spiritual person and practice in the study of yoga and meditation and participate in somatic healings such as Kundalini Light Intergration (KALI) and breathworks. I am also a level two Reiki practitioner (training to become a master) and a certified personal trainer. When I am not holding space for healing, I enjoy being in the outdoors, surfing, climbing, reading and cooking nutritious and fun to eat meals. I hope to continue the journey of providing a safe space for individuals where healing can occur for years to come.
I offer sessions both early in the morning (5am - 7am) and later in the evening (6pm - 9pm) to accommodate those who work nine to five or those who just prefer early morning or evening therapy sessions.

I am a licensed bilingual clinical therapist who provides individual therapy for concerns such a depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, anger management , communication difficulties and life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals who have experienced domestic violence and sexual abuse.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical experience, grounded in a lifelong passion for providing meaningful clinical services and fostering healing relationships. My academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, followed by a Master's in Clinical Social Work with a concentration in Community Mental Health. These foundations shaped a career centered on serving diverse communities and addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Throughout my training and professional work, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across the lifespan from adolescents to older adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and complex life transitions. My early clinical experience included providing therapy to incarcerated youth and working in Kaiser Permanente’s Behavioral Health department, treating a broad general population. I also had the opportunity to engage in international mental health work, serving Syrian refugees in Germany during a study abroad program.
Professionally, I’ve held leadership roles overseeing residential psychiatric facilities for individuals experiencing homelessness and served as a psychological expert in the court system, where I helped provide treatment and mental health diversion for those involved in the criminal justice system. Additionally, I’ve supported the next generation of therapists as a clinical supervisor for graduate students and early-career clinicians.

I’m Tyler Dawnee Young, LCSW, with over a decade of experience in mental health and healthcare settings. As a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over four years of specialized expertise, I provide online therapy for adults seeking to manage anxiety and navigate major life transitions, such as relocation or career shifts. Utilizing an Emotionally Focused (EFT) approach, I also help couples identify the negative cycles keeping them stuck, empowering them to de-escalate conflict, build lasting self-assurance, and regain a deeply secure emotional connection with their partner.
