I identify as a Queer, Xicana therapist. I am a step-mom to twin, teenage boys. I specialize in supporting individuals through healing journeys of trauma, anxiety, and overwhelm. I do this by offering a safe, compassionate, culturally-sensitive approach. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by us all, I work to create a safe space for healing, empowerment, and growth. My goal is to support individuals in navigating their experiences, reclaiming their strength, and building resilience for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is going to be me getting to know you and what you are needing from a therapist. This is where we determine how we can work together to get those needs met and determine any barriers to that process. Most importantly giving you the space to feel heard, validated, and safe.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

It’s about finding your own pace while staying open to that gentle nudge towards growth—embracing the discomfort, but never facing it alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way on your healing journey. Together, we’ll connect the mind and heart, heal past trauma, and equip you with the tools to navigate life’s challenges as they arise.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or lost with work, relationships, and/or home. Maybe you feel like you are drowning or can't get a footing on life. You are looking for some relief or just a moment to breath, then let's connect. Let us see what we can work on together and see how we can get you that relief.
