I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. I am passionate about providing a collaborative approach and empathic understanding of my client's needs. I utilize a Telehealth platform in California and a Hybrid platform in Washington State. In my spare time, I enjoy trail riding my horses and working on my farm. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my experience, CBT works well as a collaborative process to help the client identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, that may hold an individual back from achieving their full potential in everyday life. I will use CBT to help client's improve their emotional well-being by educating them with practical strategies to manage their current challenges and life stressors.
