Hello there! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus and have been practicing for 7 years. I provide individual therapy to individuals who are struggling with trauma/ PTSD, depression, anxiety, women's issues, attachment issues, and postpartum. Currently, my availability is evenings and Sundays.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions to begin getting to know one another. Then we'll explore the specific challenges you're facing, the expectations you have for therapy, and your goals.
I feel that I am empathetic and strive to truly understand my clients. I aim to be a support and cheerleader throughout their mental health journey.
I enjoy working with individuals from various walks of life. I also have extensive knowledge and experience providing trauma informed care.
I utilize techniques from a wide variety of treatment methods and have a strong background in trauma informed care. I am able to take from the different treatment methods to provide care unique to each client.
