Hello there! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus and have been practicing for 6 years. I provide individual therapy to individuals who are struggling with trauma/ PTSD, depression, anxiety, women's issues, attachment issues, and postpartum. Currently, I only provide therapy on the weekends.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions to begin getting to know one another. Then we'll explore the specific challenges you're facing, the expectations you have for therapy, and your goals.
