While we can't change difficult situations, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. I understand that every individual struggles with life challenges in their own unique way and it would be my pleasure to work with you on identifying your goals, offering treatment interventions that are best suited to your individual needs and to assist you in experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Our first session will focus on an intake, which allows me to introduce myself and learn about you and the specific challenges you are experiencing in your life. We will discuss treatment goals and work collaboratively to begin the process of change.
I have 18 years of experience as a behavioral health care provider and have worked with a full range of clients and life experiences.

CBT helps to challenge reoccurring thoughts, feelings and behaviors that create problems in your life. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other and help you to improve how you relate to your emotional experiences.
