I'm Rosalyn Diehl, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience helping women navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, self-worth concerns, and major life transitions. I provide virtual therapy in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can better understand recurring patterns, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and focused on helping you feel more secure in yourself and your relationships.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, comfortable way. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—many people come in feeling unsure of where to start, and that's completely okay. I'll guide the conversation with thoughtful questions so we can begin to understand what's been weighing on you and what you'd like to change. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your relationships, any patterns you've been noticing, and your goals for therapy. Together, we'll begin identifying the challenges affecting your emotional well-being, self-worth, or sense of connection and explore what may be contributing to them. By the end of the session, many clients feel a sense of relief, greater clarity, and a better understanding of where to begin. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to quickly build a genuine connection and create a space where clients feel comfortable being open, even if vulnerability is something they typically struggle with. I’m highly attuned to patterns—particularly those related to relationships, self-worth, and emotional well-being—and I help clients understand what may be keeping them stuck. I combine a warm, nonjudgmental approach with practical strategies, helping clients gain insight into recurring patterns such as people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, overthinking, or unhealthy relationship dynamics. At the same time, I provide actionable tools that support meaningful change outside of sessions. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m easy to talk to, while also helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who are used to being the “strong one” for others, but may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward in their own lives. They are often thoughtful and self-aware, but find themselves overthinking, struggling in relationships, or repeating patterns they don’t fully understand. They are open to looking deeper at what’s contributing to these challenges and are motivated to make meaningful, lasting changes. Many are navigating anxiety, life transitions, or relationship dynamics, and are looking for both insight and practical tools to feel more confident and grounded.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and how certain patterns may be contributing to anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, or difficulties in your relationships. Many of the women I work with find themselves stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, struggling with people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, relationship anxiety, or feeling responsible for other people's emotions. Some are recovering from emotionally abusive relationships, including narcissistic abuse, while others are navigating infidelity, divorce, or challenging family dynamics. Together, we identify these patterns, gain insight into where they come from, and begin creating healthier ways of relating that feel more secure and authentic. I balance insight with actionable tools, so you're not just talking about your experiences—you're learning strategies you can use in your daily life to build confidence, strengthen self-worth, communicate more effectively, and trust yourself more fully. Therapy with me is supportive and nonjudgmental, while also focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change and develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
