I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides strength-based, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I provide person-centered therapy with a belief that each client is the expert in their own life. I have 15 years of practice in the mental health field and utilize a variety of approaches to assist others in reaching their goals including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Informed Care (TIC), and Positive Psychology.

Once establishing where you want to end up, let's explore your personal strengths and how those assets can be helpful in reaching your goals.

I apply Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization for acute and chronic symptoms associated with trauma.
I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to teach clients mindfulness, healthy forms of coping, emotional regulation, and methods for improving relationships.
