Is your nervous system exhausted? Are you carrying grief, constant worry, or feeling hard on yourself? You don't have to hold it all alone. Therapy can feel scary, but it can also bring relief. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can be fully yourself. With 17 years in mental health, I'm here to listen, support, and help you heal at your own pace.
My path to becoming a therapist has always been rooted in a deep desire to help others heal. I believe we aren't meant to navigate life's challenges alone—we are wired for connection, growth, and joy. Depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss can make hope feel distant. Although sharing our pain can be terrifying, it is often the first step toward healing. I am honored to hold space for others as they rediscover hope, build resilience, and experience meaningful transformation, even when healing once felt impossible. Walking alongside my clients as they reconnect with themselves and move toward a more fulfilling life is a privilege I never take for granted.
Through advanced training and continuing education, I’ve developed expertise in several evidence-based approaches that support healing, growth, and lasting change. These include EMDR, which helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories; Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), which helps clients understand and reduce trauma-related symptoms; DBT, which teaches skills for managing emotions, navigating stress, and improving relationships; ACT, which helps people build psychological flexibility and live according to their values; EFT, which strengthens emotional bonds and communication; and Somatic Experiencing (SE), which focuses on the mind-body connection to help release the effects of stress and trauma. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. "It may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, and how you can still come out of it" -Maya Angelou
My ideal client is someone open to discovering their strengths and using them to move toward their treatment goals. I value working with clients who show up as they are, give themselves permission to be honest, and take an active role in identifying their own needs. I value working with clients who are curious and seeking, who show up with honesty—or a genuine desire to be honest—as they explore themselves and their experiences.
