Isolation can slowly wear us down and make hope feel far away—but you don’t have to go through that alone. I believe we heal in connection, and it’s truly an honor to offer that kind of support. When emotions feel overwhelming or relationships become strained, you deserve a space where you’re not facing it all by yourself. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and long-standing patterns, with a deep belief that healing, growth, and meaningful change are always possible.
I’ve always felt drawn to understanding emotional well-being and the powerful role human connection plays in nurturing it. I feel genuinely grateful to do work that centers on connection and healing—it truly feels like a gift. Through compassion and curiosity, I aim to create a space where clients can reconnect with themselves and begin to see the strengths that may feel out of reach. With over 15 years of experience, I offer thoughtful, individualized care using approaches like EMDR, DBT, ACT, and CBT to support each person’s unique path toward well-being.
I believe meaningful change begins with a strong, trusting connection between therapist and client. In building that relationship, I bring compassion, presence, and a genuine sense of hope in each person’s capacity to find greater peace within themselves. "It may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it" -Maya Angelou
My ideal client is someone open to discovering their strengths and using them to move toward their treatment goals. I value working with clients who show up as they are, give themselves permission to be honest, and take an active role in identifying their own needs. I value working with clients who are curious and seeking, who show up with honesty—or a genuine desire to be honest—as they explore themselves and their experiences.
EMDR
I apply Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing for acute and chronic symptoms associated with trauma, depression and anxiety. In my experience, using this modality allows clients to actualize their full potential and wellness.
Daialectical Behavior (DBT)
I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to teach clients mindfulness, healthy forms of coping, emotional regulation when feeling overwhelmed, and methods for improving relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
For those wanting a highly structured approach, I make use of CBT principles to improve behavioral and thought patterns that keep holding us back in life.
