My name is Feji, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates Psychodynamic Theory, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed modalities.
My goal is to help clients uncover the root of their internal conflicts. I also guide clients in developing a deeper awareness of how trauma could manifest in their bodies. I often say that our bodies are wise, they consistently signal when unresolved emotions and inner conflicts are left unaddressed. Just as we tend to our physical health, it’s vital that we nurture our internal world with the same care and intention.
I am a licensed clinician dedicated to helping individuals break free from stuck patterns, navigate complex trauma, and build stable, fulfilling lives. My practice focuses heavily on adult mental health, substance use recovery, and specialized behavioral tracks—specifically treating pornography addiction, intimacy challenges, and compulsive, sexualized coping loops. I recognize that deeply stigmatized or complex challenges often carry overwhelming shame, which is why my clinical space is entirely non-judgmental, collaborative, and objective.
By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with body-based Somatic Therapy, I help you heal both the mind and a dysregulated nervous system. Together, we look beyond baseline talk therapy to restore your personal autonomy, expand your distress tolerance, and create real, lasting behavioral integrity. You don't have to navigate these heavy stressors alone; I am here to work alongside you as a dedicated teammate.
I started helping those who are seeking to up-level their experiences and shine as their true and authentic selves in 2019. My journey first started in residential treatment facilities where I held space for those in early recovery from substance use disorders. This population ranged from men's only, women's only and LGBTQ+ Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing.
I am a deeply spiritual person and practice in the study of yoga and meditation and participate in somatic healings such as Kundalini Light Intergration (KALI) and breathworks. I am also a level two Reiki practitioner (training to become a master) and a certified personal trainer. When I am not holding space for healing, I enjoy being in the outdoors, surfing, climbing, reading and cooking nutritious and fun to eat meals. I hope to continue the journey of providing a safe space for individuals where healing can occur for years to come.
I offer sessions both early in the morning (5am - 7am) and later in the evening (6pm - 9pm) to accommodate those who work nine to five or those who just prefer early morning or evening therapy sessions.

My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, anger issues, and self-harm behaviors. I want to get to know you and what might be happening with you that you are seeking counseling for. Most people come to therapy when they are in some type of distress. Sometimes this is conscious and sometimes not. If you are feeling powerless or distressed for some reason or grieving a loss in life, I would like to see how we can work in therapy.
The way we work will depend on the issues you bring to therapy. I have experience with different approaches to therapy including but not limited to HUMANISTIC THERAPY (includes the importance of personal responsibility, and a positive, non-judgmental approach), STRUCTURAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (includes the importance of family structure and healthy boundaries), GOTTMAN (includes helping couples communicate better, resolve conflicts constructively, and create a shared sense of meaning), CBT (generally includes a short-term approach that helps you identify and change negative or unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior to improve your mood and overall well-being).
All the above types of counseling styles point towards change or growth. Many times, there is a creative element to counseling and many times the counseling can give you more of a sense of purpose for yourself in life. Please see my calendar with Grow to sign up for an appointment today.

Hello, I'm Nicole, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I have a passion for working with individuals in order to assist them in developing and utilizing the necessary coping skills to manage and thrive during difficult times, life transitions, and through needed change. My goals are to create a safe and supportive environment for all my clients, while they increase their level of self-understanding and self-awareness.
I began practicing as a therapist and psychologist in 2012 after graduating from the Higher School of Psychology in Moscow, Russia. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients across different clinical settings and cultural environments. After relocating to the United States, I chose to continue my professional path as a Marriage and Family Therapist, bringing with me approximately 12 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional, relational, and life-transition challenges.
Before entering the mental health field, I spent more than 30 years working as a legal professional in consulting, corporate law, and finance. While these professions may seem quite different, both have deepened my understanding of people, relationships, decision-making, conflict, resilience, and the many ways life circumstances can shape our experiences. Working across different professional, family, organizational, and cultural systems has given me a broad perspective on the challenges people face and the strengths they draw upon to adapt, grow, and find meaning in their lives.
Altogether, my professional experience spans nearly four decades across different countries, cultures, populations, and work environments. This diverse background enriches my work as a therapist and allows me to bring a thoughtful, practical, and culturally sensitive perspective to the therapeutic process. I understand that every person's story is unique, and I strive to create a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported as they navigate life's challenges and opportunities for growth.
Perhaps most importantly, I genuinely value the work I do. Being a mental health professional is more than a career for me—it is a source of purpose, meaning, and connection. I feel grateful for the opportunity to accompany people on their journey toward greater self-understanding, healing, and fulfillment, and I consider it a privilege to be entrusted with that process.

In my counseling approach, I prioritize active listening and client-centered care. Your growth and goals are at the forefront of our sessions, as I work collaboratively with you to navigate the path toward healing and personal fulfillment.
In addition to individual counseling, I specialize in couples therapy, helping partners navigate complex issues like communication breakdowns, conflict resolution, and rebuilding trust. Through tailored interventions and empathetic support, I assist couples in cultivating deeper understanding, connection, and resilience within their relationships. I also offer individual counseling for personal growth, healing, and support, providing a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions on their journey towards greater well-being and fulfillment.

I am a psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health across all levels of care. I have provided Individual, couples, family, and group counseling. I have spent a large portion of my life facilitating overcoming the struggle with anxiety or pushing through depression, or one of the many emotionally debilitating mental health issues. Psychological and emotional pain is real, yet it can be managed, and we can heal.
With years of experience in school psychology and Marriage and Family therapy, I am passionate about helping people navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and achieve their goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are and providing supportive, practical guidance tailored to their unique needs. Hello, my name is Antolyn Rosales. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, in the SF Bay Area in California. I received my Masters from the University of San Francisco. My specialty is providing psychoeducation and therapy to individuals and families to help manage difficult emotions and cope with stressors while fostering meaningful interactions. My therapy style is unique. I utilize principles and strategies from Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Behavior Therapy to help make change. My role is to help one identify the source of the dysfunctional behavior patterns and offer guidance toward more functional behavior patterns and ultimately change.
Hi, I’m Tehseen, and I’m so glad you are here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based therapy for those navigating anxiety, depression, panic, chronic stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I believe every person’s story deserves to be heard and honored, and I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your experiences. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you untangle unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your self-awareness, enhance your coping skills, and empower you to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.
If you feel stuck in a cycle of overthinking, self-doubt, or pressure to hold everything together, you are not alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by their own thoughts, and together, we work on creating a clearer path forward. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen and supported while also gaining the skills to create lasting change. Outside of the office, you can usually find me working on a home reno project or cooking up a new recipe.
As an LMFT, I specialize in working with individuals to navigate anxiety, burnout, or life transitions. My approach is collaborative and open-minded.
