Hello. My name is Frank Garcia. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am an easy going, yet upfront and honest Clinician who advocates, educates, and empowers clients to make the best of their circumstances and overcome the impossibilities. I keep life simple! I am a family man, professional, and leader in my community. I give my best to the people I serve and put what's in front of me as priority.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is about you! It's about getting to know you, learning your goals and determining the best path forward. I bring a calm presence and nonjudgemental relationship. Simply--I believe the best in everyone. Lets work on it together!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

When we first connect you will find me to be compassionate, warm, and a deep listener. I listen to gather insight and will ask questions to best understand you. I find myself to be a nonjudgmental person often asking questions with curiosity and genuine interest.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is one motivated to overcome and conquer the challenges that hold us back. I am very interested in helping someone that has a little motivation to grow bit-by-bit, who is interested in pushing themselves to learn new things, a willingness to push past the self-subscribed labels and overcome. I am ready to help someone conquer the fear, the shame, and the weight of yesterday and move forward, sharing vulnerability and readiness to pick up and move forward.
